Cancellation Policy
Refunds on Rental Reservations will only be given if we are notified of cancelation 24 hours before the start of the reservation. No money will be refunded on bikes returned early, or bikes that are switched out for a different size. This is because we have turned away other potential bike rental customers while holding the rental equipment for your reservation. We do not refund partial reservations. Payment is made in full at the confirmation of the reservation. If more items are added later the remainder of the balance must be paid when bikes are returned.
