We are located at 225 Bear Street, besides Lux Cinema. At the current moment, we are experiencing construction at our store-front, so please plan your day to park then walk to our location. 

Drop-Off & Return

All drop-off's/returns must be done at our store, during our daily operation hours. We do not accept after-hours returns.

Things To Bring

We recommend checking the weather forecast ahead of your pick-up time to wear layers, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, snack and highly recommend Bear Spray!

If your plans change, please give us a call with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Overview

Our rental e-bikes are the perfect way to explore the town and surrounding area with ease. Most riders use our e-bikes to cruise around Banff, ride the Legacy Trail, or take the scenic trip out to Johnston Canyon—all without worrying about steep climbs or long distances.

We rent Norco Indie VLT and Norco Scene VLT e-bikes, known for their comfort, reliability, and smooth pedal assist. Depending on the model, our bikes offer an impressive 90–110 km range, making them ideal for full-day adventures.

Before every ride, we take the time to properly size and set up each bike, ensuring a comfortable and confident experience for riders of all skill levels. Whether you’re sightseeing, exploring nearby trails, or just enjoying a relaxed ride, our e-bikes let you see more of Banff with less effort.

Inclusions

Each rental includes a fully charged electric bike, ready for a fun and easy ride. Helmets are required for all riders and are provided free of charge to help keep everyone safe. Bike locks are also available at no extra cost upon request, making it easy to stop and explore along the way.

Exclusions

Because the battery is built directly into the bike and chargers are not portable, we do not offer overnight electric bike rentals. All e-bike rentals must be returned by the end of the rental period.
