Pickup & Departure

We are located at 225 Bear Street, besides Lux Cinema. At the current moment, there is no parking in front of our store, so please plan your day to park then walk to our location.

Drop-Off & Return

All drop-off's/returns must be done at our store, during our daily operation hours. We do not accept after-hours returns.

Things To Bring

Exploring by two wheels in the winter means time to dress in layers and pack extra! Warm winter boots and thick socks , winter pants and jacket, full fingered gloves or mitts ( though gloves are preferred to easily access the brake levers). Protect eyewear - ski goggles or sunglasses, plus they make you look extra fast. And of course a backpack to pack a water bottle filled with either cold or hot water, snacks are never required but always encouraged, and leaving room to de-layer if necessary.

Don't have this equipment we just listed? No problem! We rent equipment as well as sell retail items. Available for rent are winter jackets, winter pants, winter boots and backpacks.

Items available for purchase include sunglasses, ski goggles, winter gloves, winter mitts, thick socks, backpacks, winter jackets, winter pants, neck warmers/buffs, hand and toe warmers. 

Cancellation Policy

Please phone us 24 hours prior to pick-up if your plans change that require you cancelling your reservation, we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Inclusions

All bike rentals include a complimentary helmet and bike lock upon request

Additional Info

Living in the Rocky Mountains as beautiful as it is, also comes with unpredictable weather and events. Please dress in layers with no loose pants, pack water and ensure you have a clear idea as to where you are going. If you have questions on the trails, don't hesitate to ask our staff!
