Pickup & Departure

Our store hours of operation are 8am until 8pm and we are located at 225 Bear Street, downtown Banff next to the Lux Cinema. We do not have designated parking, but a paid parking lot is adjacent to our store. Alternatively, we encourage you to park in one of Banff’s many free car parks.

When you arrive, please mention to one of our staff that you have a reservation along with your last name and reservation number. We will then bring your rental equipment for you and answer any questions you may have about your trip and the equipment itself. 

Drop-Off & Return

Drop off your equipment anytime during our store hours of operation which are 8am until 8pm. We hope you had a great time with our equipment. Unfortunately, we do not accept after hours returns. . 

Things To Bring

We will require a piece of ID to confirm your booking and credit card details for security to ensure the equipment gets returned.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that making a reservation with us implies that we have reserved equipment in our limited supply solely for you and your group. Given that, you can cancel the reservation at the last moment up to 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged any penalty fee.

At the same time, we will confirm your reservation the day before it is due to start. If you do not confirm it, we will release the equipment for other users to enjoy.

Magog Backcountry Camping Package

This package designed for hikers going to explore the backcountry. Don’t pay for extra airplane baggage, we have everything you would need to camp in Banff National Park!

This package includes the following equipment for 3 people:

·         3 Sleeping bags and liners

·         3 Sleeping pads

·         3 Hiking backpacks

·         3 Backcountry mess kits

·         Backcountry stove 

Additional Info

. Our camping rentals are designed around a 24-hr rental. So, if you pickup at 12pm then your equipment is due back before 12pm on your return date.
