Cancellation Policy

Equipment Fitting and Pickup

Please arrive at the rental shop 10 minutes prior to your rental time. Your reservation will be held 30 minutes prior to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Equipment Delivery

If you’ve arranged for delivery of your equipment to your hotel our staff will meet you at the delivery area of your hotel at the time of your rental.  

Deposit Requirements
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance upon your return of the equipment.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment of deposit. Cash is also accepted for balance due upon your return of the equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Renters may cancel before 3pm, one day prior to your rental reservation without penalty. Holidays throughout the season require cancellation before 3pm, two days prior to your rental reservation. If you have any questions regarding our reservation or cancellation policy, please contact us at 906-420-0220 or 231-301-1133.
