Cancellation Policy
If the bonfire is canceled within one week of your scheduled event, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded due to weather. Bamboo Bicycle Company reserves the right to cancel the bonfire if weather is unfavorable. There is no charge for bonfires canceled due to inclement weather. Rescheduling is recommended, although not guaranteed. A weather call will be made by 3p.m, on the day of your scheduled bonfire.
Overview
Available September – February with start times between 5 – 8 pm and March – August with start times available from 6 – 8 pm.
When
booking bonfires online, please enter the delivery address and time you
would like your fire to begin in the notes field at checkout. Bonfires
cannot be guaranteed if requested date is within 48 hours of event.
Gratuity is not included in the listed pricing.

Exclusions
Bonfires can be held at most any public beach access (in Walton County only).
Bonfires are not available at any Rosemary Beach or Seacrest Beach walkovers.
